No...we do not talk [BLACK] at America because we are not [NEGRO BLACK COLORED AFRICAN AMERICANS]. We have the nationality by blood, by birth, and by inheritance. We are original indigenous ancient Moors. We are Moorish Americans. Peace.

I'm from Minneapolis Minnesota, but I love watching your videos and seeing the people talk in Appalachian accents. I have an upper-Midwest Minnesota accent. I love listening to the Appalachian accents and hearing Appalachian music. I wonder if I lived in the Appalachians in a previous life. I am really getting to understand the Appalachian accents.

I lived in Elizabeth city, and Atlantic Beach/Morehead 3x as a child, military brat , I lived in over 26 states before 18, this was always my favorite place, as a child when ppl asked me where I was from, Atlantic beach is what I told them, I lived in NC longer than any place, and pick up on the accents as a child,…as an adult the lastv20 years I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest….ive lost most of the accent, but some still slinks out…but no one not even my parents/family talked like me (oregon/Montana) ….and I alway grew up thinking smth was wrong with me, bc ppl were always correcting me…but now seeing this, I finally get it…like I would always add ‘th’to the end of verbs….etc….say toboggan as a winter hat….

The "Lumbee" invented their club recently. They did not exist before colonization. They have no language other than English because there was never any such thing as a "Lumbee" tribe before it was recently invented. There is nothing "Indian" about the way they speak English. Its a regional dialect of English. That's it. IF any of them have NDN ancestry, the language they used to speak would have been Tuscarora (a tribe this is now extinct, the fake "Tuscarora" doesn't count), or Cherokee, etc. IF any of those folks have any American Indian ancestry at all, they should be connecting with those legit tribes. You don't just invent a new tribe out of thin air, give it an English name and expect real NDNs to accept it as legitimate. They'd never get actual federal recognition on the merits of their claims. Nope.

West african slaves were from the land of JUDAH which can still be found on the map. The bloodline of Jacob of the southern tribe of Israel, they were refugees who fled from being slaughtered by the europeans this is also how those who are in Israel today are not the Biblical Hebrews of the scriptures, we are still scattered and held in bondage systematically especially here in America.

So, a lot of appalachian words come from the fact that the settlers didn't know their mother tongue well enough to use the already existing appropriate word for something and came up with their own words for stuff. That is probably true for many dialects that are the result of colonialism.

Still over 90% of black adults in America cannot read, write or do basic math at a fifth grade level because they care more about how Street credit is perceived rather than success in education in life. That's the truth of black communities in America!
